David and I went shopping today and mostly kept ourselves within the budget of $50. It was an exciting day. We had to get rid of one orange to keep ourselves under and then David found extra change in his other pocket.
David also made me do something painful... he pulled out $1640 dollars from our savings account and had me hand it over to the Financial aid people for my may semester schooling. ALL CASH. We don't have a debit card right now because of the bank and so we've been doing things the hard way. It was difficult to hand over the money... I kept thinking what other possible uses for it I have.
